What is Tyre emergency safety device ?

Tyre emergency safety device is a technical device to avoid a secondary accident,

and make sure the car can still travel a certain distance，

after the tire has a puncture or a serious pressure loss.

Working Principle

Tyre emergency safety device install on the wheel groove, effectively fill the difference in rim diameter，

avoid the possibility of  the tire getting into the bottom of the groove , or getting out of the rim after the tire pressure loss .

And then use the effective support of the tire to form a rubber mat , to prevent the metal hub from slipping  with the ground.

The raised mechanism on the device forms a reliable gear structure inside the rim,

which tightly engage with the  pressure loss tire. With the “track drive mode”  tire ,

the driving force, steering force and braking force can be transmitted to the ground normally after the puncture.
