The Function of Urea Tank

Urea tank is used to store urea solution, mainly used for truck and bus after-treatment system. After the vehicle exhaust passes through the urea tank, the urea aqueous solution reacts with NOx in the tail gas to generate non polluting nitrogen and water, and the tail gas meets the emission standard.

Make sure that the material number of urea tank sensor is correct.

Filter in urea tank

Make sure that the correct filter (70 micron) is assembled

Unqualified filter will greatly increase the risk of pump failure.

Heating function of urea tank

According to the European emission regulations, emission control should be guaranteed to work under all climatic conditions in all European regions. The minimum temperature required for 0 ℃ heating function of CES must be lower than that of urea. When heating function is adopted, it should be ensured that both urea tank and urea pipe have heating function at the same time.
