Installation specification of wiring harness for SCR system

For the wiring hardness ,  there is three tips for it.

Tip 1.  Fixing of wiring hardness

Tip 2.  Waterproof of the plug

Tip 3. The wiring harness should prevent contact with high temperature objects

Part one: Fixing of wiring hardness

SM cable fixation (Installation of harness for urea supply unit)

There are 2 “cable fixation” points on the SM cover which can be used as wireharness first fixation.

The wire harness fixing point on the urea supply unit, the first fixing point must be fixed at this position.

Part two: Harness connector

•The 37-pin plug of the urea pump must be unplugged when the vehicle is welding

• Waterproof plug for wiring harness should be installed correctly
