3. Urea pump does not spray gas
Problem solving: urea pump does not spray gas, that is, urea pump does not spray urea solution, which is a very common phenomenon, mainly caused by urea pump crystallization or air solenoid valve blockage.
The crystallization of urea pump is mainly the crystallization on the gas path. The common crystallization places are the small holes of the air check valve and the crystallization of the air check valve. The pump can be disassembled and the small holes on the check valve and the circuit can be cleaned with clean water;
The blockage of air solenoid valve is partly caused by urea crystal backflow to the air solenoid valve, and most of it is due to the damage or blockage of air solenoid valve caused by frequent replacement of paint pen separator.
4. Low consumption of urea
Problem solving: if the urea injection volume is small and the car has no oil, the fault code will be reported. At this time, the car can work normally, and there is no need to check and deal with the problem in that place. But if you want to find out the source of the problem, use the equipment to detect the following places:
① Whether there is urea crystal in tail gas pipe; ② check whether the injection quantity of urea pump is within the qualified injection range; ③ check whether the reading value of no sensor is lower than the normal range; ④ catalytic muffler, catalytic efficiency may be reduced; ⑤ ECM fault
5. The repaired urea pump burned the fuse on the tooling
Problem solving: the maximum current of imitec urea pump is 1.5A. If the instantaneous current of the repaired urea pump is below 1.5A and the continuous current is about 1.3A, it indicates that there is no problem with the urea pump. It is necessary to check whether the tooling has short circuit.
