1. Pump interior components from below picture:
1) air solenoid valve air mixing valve, 2) urea mixing valve, exit check valve and entering check valve
2. Air solenoid valve, air pressure regulation, air flow limitation
Air solenoid valve: take the air source of the vehicle gas tank, and the air flow can be restricted by the solenoid valve to ensure the normal pressure of the air into the urea pump. Air conditioning range 6~10bar
3. Air mixing valve, urea mixing valve, mixing chamber
Air and urea enter the mixing chamber through the air mixing valve and the urea mixing valve respectively, and become a gas-liquid mixture entering the nozzle. The mixed liquid is discharged in the exhaust pipe.
4. Exit check valve and entering check valve
The check valve makes the normal flow direction of air and urea mixture consistent with the arrow direction of the outlet, so as to prevent any damage to other parts of the mixing chamber when the mixture is blocked outside.
5.Pump heater
There are urea temperature sensor and urea heater in the heat pump, which are used to the related parts inside the heat pump, to avoid urea crystallization blocking the passage
