The main point of maintance about the SCR after treatment system

The SCR after treatment system is the important process system which influence the Exhaust emission from the  truck. SCR after treatment system use the urea fluid for truck as Catalytic medium to recover the NOx stuff from the emissions as well produce the nitrogen and water and reduce the harmful stuff from the emissiom by optional Catalytic technology.

1how we can maintance the SCR after treatment system on routine.

The truck need to clean up the poc and SCR after treatment system at  the maintance service place in time when the truck has been drived about 10000~20000 kilometre away.

If the truck runs in the city road with low speed in long time; the truck need to go to drive on the free way with high speed regularly.;so that the Truck can clean up the SCR after treatment system automatically by high speed processing and high Exhaust emission make the SCR system fully process.

at last in order to make the SCR after treatment system work well, we also need to go to the truck maintance service place to do the dust removal and Reset the dpf push button.
