Hello everyone today we’re going to share with you about the Test of the influence of DOC and DOC+CDPF on diesel engine gaseous emissions, details are as follows:
1. Test plan
1.1 Test equipment
The main equipment used in the test includes heavy-duty vehicle chassis dynamometer and SEMTECH ECOSTAR vehicle exhaust analysis system. SEMTECH ECOSTAR vehicle exhaust gas analysis system consists of a series of modules with independent functions, including exhaust flow pipe and heating sampling system, fuel economy analyzer, nitrogen oxide analyzer, total hydrocarbon analyzer, etc. The vehicle’s Co, CO2, THC, NO, NO2 and other gaseous emissions are detected and analyzed in real time, with high accuracy. The layout of the test system is shown in Picture 1.
1.2 Test vehicle
The test vehicle is a diesel bus that meets the National II emission standards. The car is equipped with a 7.146L diesel engine with a rated power of 177kW and a maximum torque of 920N.m.
The test fuel is 0# diesel oil of national V standard.
1.3 Post-processing device for test
A set of DOC and a set of packaged DOC+CDPF devices were used for testing. In the two sets of devices, the carrier parameters and catalyst components of the DOC are the same. The specific parameters of the DOC and CDPF used are shown in Table 1.
1.4 Test plan: the test is divided into three groups:
2 Test results and analysis
2.1 CO emissions
The comparison of CO emissions under different working conditions of the test cycle before and after the installation of different post-processing devices on the test vehicle is shown in Figure 3.
2.2 THC emission
