Due to the characteristics of long-term low-load operation of forklifts, the exhaust temperature of diesel forklifts is low, so the wall-flow diesel engine exhaust particulate filter (DPF) needs to be actively regenerated by electric heating or fuel injection combustion. The reliability is very poor and the cost is very high. high. The straight-through maintenance-free diesel engine exhaust particulate filter (FTF) can work normally at low exhaust temperatures, and the cost is more economical. At the same time, the maintenance-free feature saves maintenance costs. The straight-through forklift exhaust filter (FTF) can remove 60-80% of black smoke, 95% of diesel exhaust odor, and 99% of CO. Oxidation catalyst (DOC) can purify more than 90% of harmful gases.
