Diesel exhaust treatment system (SCR system) is an important operating system that affects the exhaust emission index of diesel vehicles. SCR system uses vehicle urea as the catalytic medium and uses selective catalytic technology to catalyze the reduction of nitrogen oxides in diesel vehicle tail gas and produce nitrogen and water, which further reduces the content of harmful substances in tail gas and is more conducive to our health while reducing air pollution. The normal operation and maintenance of the tail gas treatment system in the future is the vehicle problem that current riders should focus on. Because a good atmospheric environment is not only for national development, but also for their own health!
How to maintain the post-treatment system in routine
Every 10000-20000 kilometers of diesel vehicles, they should go to the truck service station in time to clean up the POC and post-treatment system. If the local air environment is good, the cleaning can be delayed to 20000 kilometers. However, if the local air quality environment is very poor, it must be cleaned in time according to the standard kilometers, otherwise it will affect the operation of SCR post-treatment system and even cause permanent damage to the post-treatment system, so it can only be replaced with a new system.
Diesel transport vehicles that have been running on urban roads for a long time should run on the highway regularly to make the post-treatment system fully function with high speed and high exhaust volume and automatically clean the vehicles.
In the second phase of the national five year plan, the DPF “regeneration” button of the vehicle shall be reset regularly, and the ash shall be cleaned at the truck service station regularly to ensure the normal operation of the system.
