Product Introduction

The in-line after-treatment includes doc components, DPF components, mixer components, SCR components and thermal insulation components. Compact structure, high conversion efficiency, low back pressure, convenient maintenance and low operating cost, which can effectively remove CH compounds, particulate matter and nitrogen oxides from engine exhaust; The mixer assembly can provide good ammonia distribution uniformity to ensure that the conversion efficiency of each catalyst meets the requirements and effectively avoid urea crystallization. The thermal insulation components ensure the operating temperature requirements of the internal catalyst, prevent the surrounding electrical components from being damaged by high temperature, and protect the safety of personnel. It is widely used in the post-processing system of non-road CN IV mobile machinery.
