Zf Hybrid technology
Zf is accelerating the industrialization of hybrid technology to help commercial vehicles achieve rapid emission reduction. The Transwin 2 Hybrid transmission is a new product developed by ZF based on the Transwin 2 platform, which can effectively help commercial vehicle manufacturers integrate hybrid technology into their existing design platforms, greatly reducing workload and complexity. The product contributes to clean, safe and efficient transportation, while bringing full life cycle cost (TCO) benefits.
Hybrid technology has great potential to significantly reduce emissions, while retaining many of the advantages of traditional power systems in terms of range and replenishment. Zero emission technology: ZF electric drive combination
Zf’s next generation of electric drive products take into account the various needs of manufacturers for vehicle electrification. It uses a unique modular design to integrate individual components into a compact, lightweight and powerful system. Zf in-house develops key components including inverters, motors, transmissions, electronic shift actuators, electronic controllers and software that enable car manufacturers to customize electric drive solutions to their respective electric models.
To meet the diverse needs of our customers, ZF’s electric drive portfolio includes a new central electric drive system (CeTrax 2 dual and CeTrax 2) that can be installed directly in the traditional transmission position and a new electric drive bridge system (AxTrax 2 dual and AxTrax 2) that directly replaces the traditional axle. More flexibility in design.
