Bosch 2.2 Urea Pump Maintenance Guide

1、 Check for crystal blockage
The crystallization blockage of Bosch 2.2 urea pump may cause the pump to not absorb liquid, thus unable to establish pressure. It is necessary to clean or replace the affected components to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
2、 Check the sealing ring
The sealing ring at the connection between the inlet joint and the pump needs to be checked to ensure that it is not damaged or missing, in order to prevent air leakage.
3、 Check the unidirectional membrane

The sealing rings of each interface in the bottom liquid circuit module of the pump need to be checked to ensure that all interfaces are sealed properly and prevent air leakage.

6、 Check the return valve and urea pressure sensor
If there is a problem with the return valve or urea pressure sensor, it is possible to consider using spare parts for replacement.
7、 Check the nozzle and spray pipeline
The nozzle and injection pipeline need to be checked to ensure that the nozzle is not leaking and the injection pipeline is not leaking, in order to ensure the stability of urea pressure.
