Bus design CAE Analysis
It organizes all aspects of engineering (production) organically. The key is to integrate relevant information so that it is generated and exists throughout the life cycle of the project (product). The CAE software can be used for static structural analysis and dynamic analysis; research on linear and nonlinear problems; analysis of structure (solid), fluid, electromagnetic and so on.
The CAD technology is used to establish the geometric model and physical model of CAE and complete the analysis data input. This process is usually called the pre-processing of CAE. Similarly, the results of CAE also need to use CAD technology to generate graphical graphical output, such as generating contour maps of displacement maps, stress, temperature, and pressure distributions, and color shading diagrams showing stress, temperature, and pressure distributions. We call this process For: Post-processing of CAE. For different applications, CAE simulation can also be used to simulate the movement and operating status of parts, components, devices (whole machine) and even production lines and factories .
