Function:

A urea tank used in pickup trucks;
The urea tank and pipeline have thermal insulation design, which can be installed near the heat source;
It has the advantage of high integration, and the whole assembly includes: urea tank, extension filling pipe and other supporting parts.

1. The urea tank can store urea;
2. The bracket provides the function of installing and fixing the urea tank on the frame;
3. Extend the filling pipe to provide urea filling channel;
4. The urea pump can extract urea, heat and thaw urea, detect urea level concentration and other functions;
5. The heat insulation design on the urea tank can isolate the high temperature heat source of 400℃

How to maintain the urea tank / adblue tank

The maximum liquid level of urea tank should be added with urea solution to 100% (90% can be added when the temperature is low in winter). When the urea solution consumption reaches 20%, it is necessary to add urea solution. Moreover, it is necessary to check the urea liquid level and check whether there is leakage of urea liquid every day. It is not too much or too little (no less than 18%). During the maintenance of the engine every year, open the bottom of the urea tank for cleaning and drain the sediment in the tank; and conduct irregular inspection.
