The working principle:

The working principle of the brake chamber is as follows: the shell and cover of the brake chamber are stamped from steel plates and connected together by clamps and bolts to form a complete structure. Among them, the cloth-reinforced rubber diaphragm plays a key role, dividing the shell into two air chambers that do not interfere with each other. When the brake is not applied, the diaphragm fits tightly on the cover plate, and the other side contacts the disc on the push rod. A return spring is arranged between the disc and the inner end surface of the shell to ensure that the push rod can return to its original position when it is not needed. When the car needs to brake, air enters the brake chamber through the air inlet. Under the action of air pressure, the diaphragm is deformed, pushing the push rod to move, and then driving the brake adjustment arm. This causes the brake cam to rotate, thereby achieving braking of the wheel. ‌
