Function:

How to maintain the urea tank / adblue tank

The maximum liquid level of urea tank should be added with urea solution to 100% (90% can be added when the temperature is low in winter). When the urea solution consumption reaches 20%, it is necessary to add urea solution. Moreover, it is necessary to check the urea liquid level and check whether there is leakage of urea liquid every day. It is not too much or too little (no less than 18%). During the maintenance of the engine every year, open the bottom of the urea tank for cleaning and drain the sediment in the tank; and conduct irregular inspection. If white crystals appear at the vent valve or liquid filling port, wash them with water or wipe them with wet cloth. If the ventilation valve is blocked, clean or replace it with water. In addition, replace the filter screen in the tank in two to three years, and check the plug-in and pipeline joints irregularly Whether it is good or not.
